What is the #FASTandFURIOUSChallenge?

The challenge is a FREE 10 day exercise challenge to help women get accountable, get consistent, and see that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get results.  You can be successful with short, efficient workouts.  Even if you have a busy schedule, you can be in great shape.  I will be providing the workouts all of which will be less than 30 minutes (including the warm up and cool down).

Here’s the deal.  I love training and honestly don’t have an issue spending an hour plus in the gym each day.  BUT, lately, my schedule doesn’t really allow for it.  Also, I hear a lot of women saying that they don’t have a lot of time to spend working out because everyone is busy right?  Between work, kids, school, relationships, social events, everyone has a ton on their plates.

Due to this, I started incorporating shorter, more intense workouts and noticed that not only was I able to maintain my current fitness but I saw great physique results and was able to maintain my strength as well.

I created this challenge because I wanted to create an inspiring community of women who support one another and hold each other accountable to get our daily training in.  We will develop this sense of community though Instagram and a private Facebook page just for the challenge participants.

Here’s how it works:

    • I’ll be asking you to complete 8 workouts over 10 days. All of the workouts are 20 minutes or less and be done at home if you have a pair of moderate weight dumbbells.  I’ll ask you to check in me with daily through our closed Facebook page and by checking in on Instagram using the hashtag #FASTANDFURIOUSCHALLENGE (sharing is optional, read more below, but in order to be in the winning for prizes, shares is part of the deal).  If you complete all the workouts and post each day, you will be entered into a drawing to win 4 weeks of FREE access to my continuity program.
    • The #FASTANDFURIOUSCHALLENGE begins on Thursday, October 20, 2016. You will be receiving the workouts from me via email.  Although the workouts will not be customized to each individual, I will provide modifications for the movements.
    • You will also receive exclusive emails on nutrition and mindset so you have all the tools you need to stay on track and make the most of the workouts.
    • I know it can feel intimidating to post about your workouts on social media but stepping out of your comfort zone will allow you to join an amazing community of women who are cheering each other on and providing accountability for each other. You will be able to search the hashtag and see all the amazing women who are completing the challenge with you.  I will be completing the workouts along with you guys so we’ll all be in it together!  If you’re not inclined to share, it’s not required, however, it’s strongly recommended.
