True or False? You Need at Least an Hour To Get the Results You Want

I was at work last week, and I had an interesting conversation with my coworker.

This particular individual happens to know that I hit the gym to train before I start work.  That means I’m up at 4:15 am and at the gym by 5:00am.  If I’m training for powerlifting, I’m usually at the gym between 75-90 mins.

My co-worker went on to say that they “wish they had the time I do to workout.”

Here’s the thing.  I choose to train for 60-75 when I work out.  I don’t have to and to be honest, it’s completely unnecessary if my goals were strictly to be fit, strong, and healthy.

I happen to have a love affair with powerlifting and that takes a bit more time.

But it’s a choice; it’s not a necessity.

The truth is that you literally only need 30 minutes for an efficient and effective workout.

There’s this myth in fitness industry that you need to spend hours in the gym to get the results you want and to look like you workout.

But it’s simply not the truth.

When you work with intensity and pick up some weights, you can have an extremely effective workout in 30 minutes or less, and you will also feel like you worked hard.

Don’t believe me?  Well, I’m challenging you to try the workouts below and see if you still disagree.

I totally get that everyone is super freaking busy and you may not have a ton of time to dedicate to working out.  But honestly, 30 minutes three to four times a week will suffice!

Trust me, you don’t need hours in the gym to get the results you want.

So if you are like me and have a bit more time to spare for the gym (and if you choose to) or if you literally have 20-30 minutes to fit into your schedule for exercise, you can still be fit AF.

My goal is to help as many women as possible develop strength and confidence and create stress-free lifestyles through a sustainable and simplistic approach to their nutrition, exercise, and mindset.
