Workout Wednesday- Boulder Shoulders
I destroyed chest, back, and shoulders (a little bit of other stuff thrown in too) this morning (plus a little cardio) and let me just tell you, my shoulders are feeling it already!
In all honestly, training upper body has never been my favorite. I treated it more like a necessary evil, but I’ve been challenging myself to embrace upper body days and push a little harder. I’m already starting to see and feel the difference.
Today’s workout left me feeling pretty good (in a thank God this is over kind of way) and my endorphins were flying high so I thought I would share it with you:
If you have the time and want to add in some high intensity training, I did treadmill sprints for 20 seconds on and 40 seconds off (jumped off to the sides of the treadmill for a complete rest) for seven rounds.
My shoulders are feeling the burn a couple of hours later and I secretly love it. I love a pair of sculpted shoulders, and this workout is sure to help you attain that.
