Workout Wednesday: Pump Day!

Happy PUMP Day!!

Yes, it’s Wednesday, and I’m bringing you another workout.  Today is an upper body scorcher and you will have a huge pump!

This workout is fast paced and done circuit style.

You will be making strength gains and working on fat loss simultaneously.

For this workout, the only equipment you will need is a set of dumbbells.

First things first, warm up for at least 5 minutes!

Now on to the workout.


Circuit 1:


12 Dumbbell chest press

12 Push ups

12 Inverted rows

5 Chin Ups

Repeat 4 times.


Circuit 2:

12 Bent over rows

12 Lateral raises

12 Bicep curls

12 Dumbbell shoulder press

Repeat 4 times.
